Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a single rescheduled appointment in accordance with the rescheduling/cancellation policy.
Reschedules/Cancellations 24+ Hours or More
Clients will have the opportunity to reschedule/cancel their one-on-one appointment 24+ hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. The deposit paid to schedule the booked appointment will not be refunded to the client. The client will be able to transfer the deposit to another one-time appointment booking in order to schedule a second session. If a customer reschedules or cancels their second appointment, they will forfeit their deposit and must make a new appointment through our online scheduling system. At that time, another deposit will be collected. Deposits can not be transferred to another client.
Reschedules/Cancellations Less than 24 Hours
Customers will be able to reschedule their appointment, but a fee will be charged in order to do so. To guarantee the rescheduled appointment, payment must be made within 24 hours. If a card is on file, it will be charged according to the applicable fee schedule. If no card is on file, BBURRELL will issue the client an invoice that must be paid within 24 hours. The rescheduled appointment will be canceled if the invoice is not paid in full.
The fee schedule is as follows:
2 Hours to 24 Hours Prior to Scheduled Appointment $25 Fee
Appointment Time to 1:59 Hours Prior $50 Fee
1 Minutes-15 Minutes After Scheduled Appointment Time No Show Cancellation Policy in Effect
The client will be able to transfer the deposit to another one-time appointment booking in order to schedule a second session. If a customer reschedules or cancels their second appointment, they will forfeit their deposit and must make a new appointment through our online scheduling system. At that time, another deposit will be collected.
No Call No Show
The client's deposit will be forfeited, and they will be unable to schedule another appointment online without paying in full. If a client attempts to book online AFTER a no call no show and tries to only pay a deposit, BBURRELL reserves the right to cancel and refund the appointment.
Canceled Appointments by BBURRELL
BBURRELL reserves the right to cancel an appointment within 15 minutes of its start time if a client has provided false information and is not educated in the relevant information. Clients will forfeit deposit and will not be able to book online.
Less Than 48 Hour Appointments
Client acknowledges that in order to confirm appointments booked directly with BBURRELL with less than 48 hours’ notice, full payment will be required. This fee is not refundable nor transferable. This service is deemed expedited.
