This page outlines the binding enrollment, refund, cancellation, presell, and promotional purchase terms for all DDKK Academy programs and offers. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms stated below. These policies apply to standard enrollments, payment plans, presell opportunities, and all limited-time promotions (including holiday and special pricing events). All sales are subject to the conditions outlined herein.

DAEDAEKEYKEY ACADEMY POLICIES

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Course Enrollment within a 7-Day Period from the Date of Purchase

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Eligible Enrollment Plans

  • DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible standard enrollment plans, subject to the terms outlined below.

  • Please Note: The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to promotional enrollment offers when separate refund terms are stated at the time of enrollment. The 99 People • 99 Days • $99.97 Promotional Enrollment Plan is non-refundable and is not eligible for the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Students enrolling through the $99.97 promotional plan should review the 99 People • 99 Days • $99.97 Promotional Enrollment Policy below for the terms applicable to that enrollment option.

Standard Enrollment Plans

  • Students will be eligible for a full refund of 100%, with the exception of financing fees associated with payment plans such as Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and others, provided that they have not accessed more than one module within the specified 7-day timeframe. 

  • In order to initiate the refund process, students are required to submit a written notice to the designated email address, info@daedaekeykey.com.  Requests received after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

  • DDKK Academy will conduct a verification process to confirm the date of purchase and the level of access given to the student, in order to ascertain the eligibility for a refund. 

  • Upon submission of a refund request, the student may expect a processing time of up to 14 business days before the refund is credited to their designated bank account. 

  • The refund will be reimbursed using the same payment method as was initially used for the transaction. The original payment method. It is not within our capability to alter the method by which the refund is disbursed.

    • For instance, in the event that Affirm is selected as the payment method during checkout, the refund will be processed and issued by Affirm. 

  • Upon submission of the refund request, all access will be revoked. 

Request for Course Cancellation and Refund Beyond the seventh day following the date of purchase

  • Refunds will not be issued to students after the initial 7-day period following the purchase. 

  • At present, there will be no provision for granting partial returns. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Course Enrollment During Special Offers & Pre-Sell

  •  Enrollments made during Black Friday, presell, or other limited-time promotional pricing are final and non-refundable. These offers are deeply discounted and offered with explicit no-refund terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Course Enrollment by Brittany Burrell

  • Although we strive to minimize alterations to our curriculum, Brittany Burrell and the DDKK Academy, together with its affiliates, have the option to withdraw or cancel any course.

  • DDKK Academy reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue programs at its discretion. In the event of a permanent program closure, reasonable notice will be provided to active students. If access is permanently revoked within a reasonable period following enrollment, DDKK Academy may issue a prorated refund at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued for extended prior access or inactivity.

Request for Course Cancellation and Refund Based on Privacy Policy Breach

  • In the event that a student is discovered disseminating information originating from the DDKK Academy and its associated entities, prompt expulsion from the course will be enforced, along with the revocation of all privileges and access. A refund will not be provided, and any future access to DDKK services, apps, or calls will be denied. 

  • By accessing and using the course content, you agree to abide by the terms of use. This includes refraining from sharing or distributing the materials without permission, respecting intellectual property rights, and using the content solely for educational purposes. The course content is provided "as is" and the creators do not warrant its accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose. Any use of the course content is at your own risk. The creators may suspend or terminate your access to the course materials at any time. 

Referral Program Policy

  • The DDKK Academy Referral Program is available to enrolled students who wish to share the academy within their personal network. Participation is voluntary and subject to approval.

  • Referral Partners receive a fixed referral reward of $50 USD per qualified enrollment.

  • A “Qualified Enrollment” is defined as a completed enrollment made through the Referral Partner’s assigned unique link that remains active beyond the applicable refund holding period.

  • Referral rewards will not be issued for:

    • Refunded enrollments

    • Chargebacks

    • Enrollments not completed through the assigned referral link

    • Fraudulent or self-generated enrollments

    • Holding Period & Payout Schedule

  • Referral rewards are subject to the same holding period as standard enrollments:

    • 30 calendar days for One-Time and 7-Month Installment plans

    • 60 calendar days for 12-Month Installment plans

  • If the holding period completes within the 1st–14th of a calendar month, payout will be issued on the 15th.

  • If the holding period completes within the 15th–30th/31st, payout will be issued on the 1st of the following month.

  • Payouts are issued via PayPal only. A valid PayPal email must be provided prior to payout.

  • Referral Partners are not considered Affiliate Partners and do not receive access to affiliate onboarding resources or structured partnership benefits.

  • All participants must present the academy accurately and may not make exaggerated income claims, guarantees, or misleading representations.

  • BBURRELL DAEDAEKEYKEY ACADEMY, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time at its sole discretion.

99 PEOPLE • 99 DAYS • $99.97 PROMOTIONAL ENROLLMENT POLICY

Promotional Enrollment Offer

  • DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy is offering a special 18-month enrollment plan of $99.97 per month in connection with its 99 People • 99 Days campaign.

  • The promotional payment plan may be offered to select prospective or former students prior to the official campaign launch at the discretion of DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy.

  • The official 99 People • 99 Days campaign period begins September 24, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.

  • Students who are offered and enroll in the $99.97 promotional payment plan prior to September 24, 2026 are subject to the same payment terms, policies, and conditions outlined below.

Payment Plan

  • Students enrolling through this promotional offer agree to an 18-month payment plan of $99.97 per month, for a total tuition obligation of $1,799.46.

  • The initial $99.97 payment is due at enrollment. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file according to the student's recurring billing date.

  • This promotional payment plan is separate from DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy's standard payment-plan options and may only be offered through authorized promotional enrollment opportunities.

Payment Commitment & Cancellation

  • Enrollment in the 18-month payment plan represents a commitment to the full tuition amount of $1,799.46. The payment plan allows the tuition balance to be paid over time and is not a month-to-month membership or subscription.

  • Failure to access the Academy, complete coursework, attend live sessions, participate in available resources, or otherwise utilize Academy services does not cancel or reduce the student's remaining tuition obligation.

  • Students are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the payment-plan period.

Previous Promotional Enrollments

Former students whose previous DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy enrollment has been canceled may be offered the opportunity to re-enroll through the $99.97 promotional payment plan.

Enrollment through this offer constitutes a new enrollment and new 18-month payment agreement beginning on the date the student enrolls in the $99.97 promotional plan.

Previous payments made under a prior enrollment or promotional offer will not be applied toward the new 18-month payment obligation unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy.

Students who remain active under an existing Academy payment agreement may be provided separate or customized enrollment terms at the discretion of DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy. Any such arrangement will be governed by the specific payment terms provided to and accepted by that student.

Refund Policy

  • The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to eligible standard DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy enrollments does not apply to the 99 People • 99 Days • $99.97 promotional enrollment plan.

  • Due to the special promotional payment terms associated with this offer, all payments made under the $99.97 promotional enrollment plan are non-refundable.

  • By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to the 18-month payment commitment and applicable promotional enrollment terms.

Referral Partner & Affiliate Compensation

  • The following compensation terms apply specifically to enrollments completed through the 99 People • 99 Days • $99.97 promotional offer and supersede the standard referral and affiliate compensation amounts for enrollments made under this promotion.

  • Referral Partners: Referral Partners will receive $50 per qualified promotional enrollment made through their designated referral link.

  • Affiliates: Affiliates will receive $99 per qualified promotional enrollment made through their designated affiliate link.

  • The $99 affiliate commission becomes eligible for payment only after the referred student successfully completes their second monthly payment and remains actively enrolled in the Academy.

  • If the referred student does not successfully complete the second monthly payment, the $99 affiliate commission will not be earned or payable.

  • Referral and affiliate enrollments must be properly attributed through the applicable referral or affiliate link and otherwise meet DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy's requirements for a qualified enrollment.

  • These promotional compensation terms apply only to enrollments made through the 99 People • 99 Days • $99.97 promotional offer. Standard referral and affiliate compensation terms remain applicable to qualifying enrollments made through other eligible Academy enrollment options.

General Academy Policies

  • All other DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy policies, terms, disclaimers, educational-use provisions, and trading-risk disclosures remain applicable to students enrolled through this promotional offer.

Agreement

  • By completing enrollment through the 99 People • 99 Days • $99.97 promotional offer, the student acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the terms of this promotional enrollment policy, the DAEDAEKEYKEY Academy policies, and applicable disclaimers.
