Order Processing & Fulfillment
All DDKK apparel is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your item ships. Once your order is submitted, production begins quickly and cannot usually be modified or canceled after 24 hours.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Because each item is custom printed at the time of purchase, we do not keep pre-printed inventory.
Shipping Policy
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Please note:
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for carrier delays after shipment
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because all items are custom printed on demand, we only offer replacements or refunds for the following:
• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Printing errors
Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
To request assistance, email:
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Color selection errors
• Buyer’s remorse
Exchanges for sizing require placing a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production begins and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Product Appearance Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences, lighting, or printing variations. Minor differences are not considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All DDKK logos, artwork, characters, slogans, and designs are the exclusive property of BBURRELL DAEDAEKEYKEY ACADEMY, LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
DDKK is not responsible for:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• International customs fees or duties
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
